It’s been 9 years since I met performer, activist, gender discombobulist and noted Queen of Ireland Dr. Panti Bliss-Cabrera after her show at the Irish Arts Center in NYC. And 10 years since she gave her impassioned speech on homophobia at the Abbey Theatre in Dublin. Her masterful address still resonates and is at the top of my LGBTQ+ History Month archive.![]()
